Gaëtan Royer. With degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning from Laval and Queen’s University respectively, Gaëtan brings 30 years of design and construction experience to Twindo.ca. He personally designed – and lived in – twinned condos. The latest construction technology, code requirements and municipal law information are at his fingertips.
Gaëtan’s involvement in Twindo is a passion. “I love the thought of helping people achieve their dreams. I worked on big projects but they are not as satisfying as the challenge of connecting two condos. Twindo requires us to work with the precision of a watchmaker. As a Twindo partner, it is my job to understand people’s needs and balance them against construction and code requirements.”
Zoë Royer. As business coach, administrator and former realtor (Calgary Real Estate Board), Zoë brings her experience as a professional trainer and her tremendous communications skills to Twindo.ca. She has facilitated complex home and office renovations that resulted in functional improvements celebrated by users. Having experienced twinned condo living at its finest, Zoë is dedicated to helping condo owners expand their space and achieve their dream home.
Zoë thrives on the human side of Twindo: “To appreciate the hobby a client needs space for, or the type of ensuite bathroom they want, we have to connect on a very personal level. A condo addition is an important investment for our clients. As a Twindo partner, it is my job to understand people’s needs and balance them against what’s achievable within their budget.”

Sheila grew up in England before moving to Canada in 1967. Prior to becoming a local licensed Realtor in 1976, Sheila was a newspaper reporter. She loves selling homes and is consistently in the top 1% of the Vancouver Real Estate Board, the RE/MAX Platinum Club and the Chairman's Award.
